From local markets into stores
Moist were successfully selling their hummus at markets across the South West, but wanted to meet demand and start selling in stores. They needed a comprehensive brand identity that could be used for a website and packaging.
To reflect the no-nonsense feeling of the brand, we kept the packaging super simple. I hand drew vegetables to be used on each variety of hummus – instantly appealing to the customer by communicating the handmade, innovative flavours of the hummus. The neat thin lines hold the illustration together, while the watercolour brush strokes keep them looking – Moist!
Positioning the website towards potential stockists and customers
I kept the design of the website minimal and white, letting the colours of the vegetables do the talking. Elements such as vibrant brush strokes on buttons keep the branding consistent. The site contains a lot of information, so I ensured that customers and potential stockists could get the information they needed in as few clicks as possible.
From strength to strength
Moist are now stocked in delis and greengrocers across Bristol and are now releasing a second range based on the success of their first!
